Testu's Rise bug

Found all three turtles, yes, even the one in the tree. But the door didn't unlock, it still tells me to solve the puzzle, and the gargoyle-thingy still tells me to find three beasts. I've left the area and come back, I've quit the game and reloaded, and the door is still there. Any fixes or similar issues? I'm playing blind so I haven't looked up what I'm missing out on yet but I sure hope it's not important.

I can't find the turtle that's down below, it won't spawn for me, i saw a vide owhere it worked fine, but not for me.

The reward of Testu's Rise is MEMORY STONE which add 1 slot for magic, you can find more than enough stones from other location. It shouldn't be a big issue for your progress

For me, 2 turtles are missing on Altar South, I tried to follow the video on Youtube to locate the turtle, those are missing in my game.
Then I do something else at the near by area and suddenly a message pop up said the tower unlocked.
I think those turtles were bugged under the ground or fell from the cliff then kill themselves because I keep getting XP when I running around at the near by area.

that happened me on altar south too. very annoying
