Site of grace not on my map

I was being summoned to another world from a summoning pool at the same moment I lit a site of grace, the grace is nowhere on my map. I can still rest at this site but no fast traveling. This grace lies next to the converted tower. No big issue besides I can't fast travel.

Not 100% sure which Site you're talking about, but any chance the Site is considered underground? There's a toggle button for the map (defaults to right stick on gamepads).

The location would be in Liurnia in the south west next to the converted tower. I started a new game so it's there now but just thought it was an issue. Definitely not an underground, it's a multiplayer issue when lighting grace while being summoned. Just gotta be patient when being summoned. .-.

During my 10 hours of gameplay, I realized that more than 50% of the sites of grace I rested on were not marked on the map, including ALL of Caelid's sites of grace and especially the Table of Lost Grace. I literally cannot access Roundtable Hold unless using the Cheat Engine. I really regret buying this game. (v 1.08, Steam, no mods)
