Honestly, the way this is phrased I'm not sure if this is serious or troll looking for a jester farm. Considering it's a level 0 account, I'm going to go with the latter.

There are no difficulty options in the traditional sense.

Instead, difficulty is meant to be controlled organically in two ways. First, using a Furcalling Finger Remedy to summon additional players or the spirit bell will make boss fights significantly easier by dividing aggro and increasing relative damage output.

Secondly, if a fight is too difficult, the game intends that you go elsewhere and do side content, acquiring weapon upgrades, levels, items, and gear from elsewhere in the world until you are able to overcome whatever you were struggling with.

he is right... go around and explore level up find stuff upgrade your weapons, thats the only thing you can do beside summon phantoms to aid you in the battle

Just go around the boss and start with the lesser enemies you encounter soon after.
