Trapped, can't fast travel, and stuck in terrain.

My character literally is dead, forever, trapped inside a teleport, ultimate Dark Souls death, no coming back from this. Game over man, From Soft wins.

If you're bugged out, you might have to use the item that teleports you to your last grace but lose all runes. Try to quitout and load back into the game first though.

What if you use the item that kills you and teleports you to the last used grace point?

You will lose your souls but you will at least be able to play again.

Quit to the main menu and reenter, it should reset you if that doesn't work you will just have to use the item that slays you on the spot

You are not trapped, you are currently in a dungeon, which stops teleports. You need to find a site of grace outside the dungeon

You don't look stuck in terrain in your screenshot. But it looks like you took the trapped chest to the hell mines. There's a way out if you head down as opposed to up.

If you are stuck in terrain, try reloading or using the item that kills you in exchange for losing your runes.

You only have 1900 runes, thats nothing, i also suggest to try and use the item that kills you but takes your runes its worth a shot.

You did not "stuck", your objective now is to escape this mine cave, be it sneaking, running, or looking up guide, once you are out you can teleport again
