Triple AAA (sucks)
Speaking clearly, this game has made millions, and it is intolerable that the frames are unstable and lock at 60. Most AAA games always have something.

I have a super powerful pc, but I really can't play it. I get dizzy, the frames are unstable, the movement is not fluid. This is unacceptable

I feel for you, I really do. It is a pity you are having such big problems trying to play this game.

For me, I have almost no issues in the pc version at all.
* My FPS says at 60 in every boss fight and all dungeons, the only time it starts to go lower is in CERTAIN open world areas.
* The stuttering is minimal at best, certainly not gamebreaking.
* I haven't had a single invisible enemy (that wasn't SUPPOSED to be invisible)

As such I am able to enjoy this wonderful game and thing it every bit deserves the high ratings and money it's making.
