Low spec hardware? CPU bottleneck?
So, anyone running it with a i5 6500 and GTX 1070 or lower? How does it run? Are locked 30 fps good enough to enjoy the game? I'm under the min specs with the CPU. :(

Same problem here. Only solution is upgrade cpu i think.

I'm running a i5-4690 with a GTX 970, under the minimum specs, and I run fine as long as I stay away from the tree guardian (first boss) in the starting area.

I have a friend on a GTX 970 and 2700x CPU that's doing well on MEd graphics.

i am running it on i7-3770k, 32GB Ram, SSD, RTX 2060Super on 60fps no problem. I turned in nvidia control panel always v-sync=fast. Works well for me, no bottleneck, some shatters but minimal since I switched to offline mode. Shatters are problem of anticheat program in my opinion.

If thats an i7 2700k with overclock, then maybe... That was my last system a few years ago, held up well with stable 4.5 GHz OC and GPU upgrades.

oh and i am on max settings with motion blur off and watter medium i thing.
I'm running an FX 8320 with an RX 480x 8GB and the game is playable on max. Not the most ideal frame rate at times, but still higher than Dark Souls PtDE. Unless the game stutters or starts to crash, but you'll get that with any set up supposedly.

What's the performance like without overclock?I have same specs just half ram and non k cpu.

I'm on an i5 3570 and a GTX 1650, 16 gb ram. I have most settings on high(SSAO and motion blur off), I usually get between 45-50. The <60 part itself doesn't feel sluggish or slowed down at all, it's simply an intermediate between 30 and 60.

I do get stutters occasionally, luckily it hasn't been nearly as bad as at the Tree Sentinel.

might need to update my CPU getting constant fps breakdowns from 60fps to 30 and sometimes nearly pc crashes (only happens with this game and nearly 75% usage)

But i noticed that my GPU doesn't get used at all (0% or 1% not more)

AMD Ryzen 5 1600 Six-Core Processor
16GB Ram
Nvidia GeForce RTX 2070

I got a GTX 1060 6 GB with 16 gb ram laptop.
I locked my fps to 31 in low settings.
I played 50 hours in the game so far, the framerate overall is quite stable. In open areas, it could happen that fps may drop which could be annoying but it doesn't much.

We are using 1660Ti and E3 1230V2, we can run the game 30FPS at 4k.
But only 40-50 FPS at 1080p likely due to CPU bottle neck.

Your CPU are slight weaker than mine I think we may have similar performance. Yes you can most definitely run it 30 FPS now, probably even in 4k.
