Bug: Can't light attack

So I've encountered a bug more than a couple times now and I'm curious if anyone else had.

Sometimes after teleporting to a new area or respawning, my character will be unable to perform a light attack. I paused the game to test and the button is working (right bumped, I'm using an xbox one wireless controller) but I'm unable to light attack. I can still heavy attack for some reason, so this seems like some kind of issue with in game prompts or something? I'm very confused either way.

Has anyone else experienced this? Any fixes?

I've experienced this... i got it to work again at one point, but i dunno how i did... it's really annoying

Use a cable to connect your XBox controller. I had the same issues playing Southpark when my Xbox controller was connected via Bluetooth.
It sounds like crap but you can try it.
