How can I refund this game?

I asked for help with a refund from steam support. No luck due to my play time of 11 hours. But it's not gameplay, it's stuttering, freezes, slow-mo, and other technical problems that I encountering. How can I get my money back?

if you played more than 4 hours forget about getting a refund.
Doesn't matter the reason, steam's policy.
You can try opening a support ticket, but i can already tell you they're not gonna refund it to you.

Pretty sure you DID notice the stutters at the start of the game, because it's where they're most noticeable, why didn't you refund it then?

Should've thought about that before passing the 2 hour mark. The terms of use are more than clear. You could extremely successfully determine bad performance and stuttering below 2 hour mark.

Idk leave a negative review I guess and apply for refund for technical issues. It worked for me with Madden 22 after like 60 somethin hours. GLHF

11 hours is a bit much if you were having technical issues. If you were at 2 or 3 hours you might have been able to make the case you were trying to get past technical problems. But 11 hours is way past the point of no return I'd say.
All you can really do is try pleading your case with them again.
