deband.fx ( game has really unacceptably bad banding in volumetrics by default so this fixes it in post )
DPX.fx: contrast = 0.166
FakeHDR.fx: power = 1.177, rad1 = 0.90, rad2 = 0.92
FXAA.fx: default ( just some more AA since the in-game one is kinda trash even at max)
Technicolor.fx: power = 1.825, strength = 0.028
you can tweak these to your liking, the point is that it just helps the contrast. If you don't care about the AA or banding you could even just throw on a levels correction with the fake HDR and call it a day by raising your blackpoint a tad.
Thanks a lot. Gave it a try and just DPX and HDR on their own make a huge difference.
Been having big eye strain from playing since release. Which setting do you think could help with that ?
Thanks again.
Personally I use a software called "F.lux" that acts as a bluelight filter overlay that dynamically redshifts your display as it gets later in the day. It's very popular in vfx/gamedev for long work sessions. You could also achieve the same with a color grade in ReShade, but F.lux is less resource intensive and can be used for everything.
