Dragon Communion not working?

I managed to get to a point where I was able to kill two of the dragons (Agheel and Greyoll), but neither of their abilities are appearing at the communion altar. I don't know if I did something wrong or if the game just bugged out extremely hard, but It's kinda ruining my dragon priest run if I literally can't get anything other than the baseline 3 spells.

Any idea if I'm doing something wrong? Any help would be appreciated.

I had this issue, but then I rested at the nearest grace and it worked thereafter. Have you tried this?

Turns out that there are two different communion idols: One is located after coastal cave, the other is located in the south of Caelid. You have to use the other to get the dragon spells from dragon bosses.
