I have noticed that the map interaction with kb/m is pretty terrible. That's my biggest complaint with kb/m so far.
Because it's a Bandai Namco PC port, there's always buts
Auto targeting is trash and will move from the mob in your face to a pigeon 300 meters away because you ever so slightly moved your mouse
People will tell you, don't use auto targeting, and while it's true, it'd be nice if 11 years later they actually made one that works for once
More problematic, dodge is on negative edge (key release) and has the worst input lag out of every Souls game so far, that ♥♥♥♥ will get you killed
As recommended above, customise your inputs, the default ones have been assigned by someone who never touched a PC game in their entire life
Other than that you still get the advantage of having a much more flexible camera, it's worth it even if only for that
if you got a mouse with 2 extra buttons you can have ctrl scroll up and down be 2 and the other 2 buttons be the other
