So I've encountered the exact same issue as a lot of people with EAC.
I am using a VM with a vgpu profile of Quadro P4000/P5000 and Quadro RTX 4000 and it doesn't go any further than running EAC and white/black screen. Never reached the Bandai logo. If I run it with Quadro RTX 6000 spoofed profile it runs but this one requires a Nvidia license so it is unplayable as well.
GPU is... decent. Good enough to run the game. Though it's only a bit faster than a 1650 Super.
Your RAM capacity isn't a power of 2 meaning that you are likely using mismatched RAM modules. Doing this usually results in all modules being configured to run at a safe common speed, often 2133MT/s. Mismatched modules often force single channel operation as well even if the modules are placed in the appropriate slots for dual channel operation. Elden Ring is very sensitive to RAM bandwidth and a speed of 3000MT/s or faster in dual channel is strongly recommended.
Rather than try to figure out how to run this game in a VM, consider the fact that even if you are successful, your hardware is completely inadequate for an enjoyable experience.
I managed to make it works (can't remember how because I quit few days after my post) but the performances were really bad. I don't think this game will ever runs well on a VM excepted on GeForce Now if it releases on this plateform someday.
