How to read Item Descriptions
as the title says, I can't for the life of me find out. It told me I'll be able to find out how to use a runes power if I read a description or something. and I don't know how too.

If you're using a controller, a mix of the X/Square button and the right thumbstick clicked. depends on which menu its on.

If you're on PC, you can select "Switch display (mid)" to show it. Default is [R].
