Radahn Tips
Hello,

I am currently up to Radahn, and he is kicking my arse, probably the most difficult boss I have fought yet. I know I don't need to do more damage or level up or anything like that, I am at level 50, I don't get one shot, and I deal a significant amount of damage each hit, however, he still kicks my arse. I would like to know any tips to beat him, I regularly switch between on and off horse during the fight to dodge certain attacks that can't be dodged on horseback, the first long range part of the fight is a non-factor, I have fought him for so long now I can do it in my sleep, it's just when he starts doing his gravity (Suck in/out) attacks that I start to trip up. They are too fast to get off my horse and dodge and so I always get hit by them unless he is attacking a follower out of my range. Because of this he greatly takes down my health over a long period of time while I am waiting for his openings which always lead to my downfall at the close end of the fight where I have no more healing and my horse is out of commission so I can't run off and summon the maid. Sorry for the long discussion, but does anyone have any tips, taking in to account my current style of fighting against him, to defeat Radahn?

bleed and cold is the usual setup for people that say "radahn is easy"

Oh, sorry it's alright I just defeated him, forgot this was still up. But still, yeah, I didn't know that, I was using a pure strength build with a colossal sword, no elements or anything like that, and it took me 5 - 6 hours to defeat him (Posted this about 2 - 3 hours in to the purgatory I was going through), but then again, I am pretty ♥♥♥♥ so that had a lot to do with it, 100% the hardest boss I faced yet.

You use your spirit summons? Or just solo? Im pure strength as well. Working my way to him now.

I had no spirit summons, only the ones given to me in the fight (As it is nigh impossible without them for someone like me, I have to have someone drawing agro to get in damage between the specific punishable attacks, and they are incredibly important for taking the hits of a few of his attacks like the quad boulders and the AOE magnet ones), and yeah I felt like I was just ramming my head against a wall, but that was my fault, I don't really know what to recommend as I fought him for so long the only reason I defeated him is because I knew the fight like the back of my hand by the end and that eventually pushed be through, just barely though.
