easy anti cheat error (dxc000007b)

So EAC isnt starting the game
i get the above mentioned error. Has someone a solution?

actually i cant run anything, i cant open the cmd thing.
dunno why.
i also cant open the EAC_setup.exe.

before i got this error the EAC tryed to initialize and i got the error that the d3d12.dll was missing.
so i downloaded it and placed it in the game folder and in system32 and now it got the above mentioned error
