wtf no crafting kit?

i killed the guy dressed as festive snta or something and now i cant get a crafting kit anymore. am i hardlocked out of crafting for the rest of the game?

this is dark souls (elden ring) you don't need to kill everyone you see!

Now you can't craft unless other merchants sell that item or it's findable in the world.

NPCs in firelink shrine respawning? NEVER SEEN THAT HAPPEN..... your probly confused with the dark souls 2 system where you could revive NPCs at their tombstone.

I’m very early in but one of the things I was told I’d like about these games is the ability to kill most everyone compared to other games. Understanding there is risks with that. But yeah, look at me wrong or say something I don’t like or I’m in a bad mood in real life, an npc will die.

Never kill npc's in a souls game unless you know you won't need them later.
