Serious motion sickness because auto moving camera
It cannot be turned off !!!!!!
The camera moves on its own towards the direction of your movement, and there is no choice to adjust this. I cannot play for longer than 15 mins.:(
I love this game, but I cannot play it, what a pain

Never had this problem in my life, until i tried elden ring
While I dont get motion sickness from this, it is SUPER annoying not to be able to control the camera properly. Is this how it is in the console versions too?

I have never ever had motion sickness playing a game in my life, I cant play this game more than 5 minutes. If they cant fix this, I need a refund.

There is literally an option to turn off the auto moving camera when you start the game though?

Curious if this is your first souls game. I didn't like the camera when i first picked up dark souls 1, but it's just something you get used to. Like combat, the camera is a mechanic you're going to have to master.

Nevermind, I am an idiot, there isn't an option. If you're playing on controller the camera movement like this is almost a must...unless you grip your controller weird and can hold down sprint, run, and move the camera yourself. Or just lock on which keeps the camera focused on the enemy at least.

The lock on camera does help, but as a PC player, I'd like to have the option for a free camera when moving.

It is my first souls game XD. I prefer Open world games rather souls game so I only played eldenring. I also love the setting of the story.

I tried to play on controller, and it's much better(I can play for hours!) When I use mouse and keyboard, it is really dizzy because I'm gonna move the camera quite often, like playing a tps game. But for controller I seldom move the camera since it's hard to move to the right angel hahah, so the sickness doesn't last long.

Imagine not using claw style grip when playing this type of game so you can sprint and move the camera completely independently exactly how you want at the same time.
Should be doing the same type of grip when playing Monster hunter too.
