I checked out Corsair's page on it and got a bit of an overview of what it's supposed to do. The big bullet points seem to be that it controls lighting on Corsair products and can control Windows power and color profiles on the fly. But what I'm most interested in finding out is whether or not it uses a screen overlay, installs a Windows control driver, and/or installs a Windows service.
I've always avoided installing third party control apps because they have always caused various degrees of system instability, while pointlessly eating up CPU cycles and RAM for no good reason. If I need to adjust lighting on any of my systems I just use OpenRGB.
1. Start game with controller switched off.
2. Wait for "FROM SOFTWARE" screen to show up.
3. Turn on controller.
