Just like a Dark Souls game.
The game is freezing for a few seconds once in a while. Why should I put up with that? Why is that ok for you?
Or, they're simply indicative of people's impressions/experience with the game. It's ok if not everyone agrees with your opinion.
If you want to game on PC, you can expect two things. bugs, and paying a TON OF MONEY to get the hardware right to run the game right.
Flat out, if you are having issues, its 99 percent of the time going to be because you went cheap on a piece of hardware somewhere... or you things are outdated.
Minimum requirements are not an excuse; exceed them. This is PC gaming; its the way it is. If you want a bargain PC to run games on, get a console.
I spend about 5000 dollars on PC every 5 years. And I never have issues. Im pushing it as of this year and waiting for the next gen of gpu. Im running a 2080TI I9 10900K and 64RAM on Windows 10 PRO.
I push this game from that laptop onto a UWS UHD Monitor, 34 Inch Alienware. It runs without an issue. I had ONE slowdown in graphics happen at the coastal cave for about 7 seconds. Thats IT. NOTHING ELSE.
If Im running this with my average hardware and doing just fine, then you are doing something wrong. Either you have created a bottleneck issue between your GPU/CPU; your ram is failing, your Powersource is failing, you are overheating in one area and need to reapply cooling material.... WHO THE HELL KNOWS> But fix your OWN THING. And dont go cheap to save 100 dollars on something... it WILL BACKFIRE IN THE FORM OF FAILURES.
And thats PC gaming since the beginning. It was that way for me in the 90's. Its that way now.
If you want a bargain PC to game on, its called a console. Go there if you cant afford a proper gaming unit. Life sucks, save youre money if you wanna be a proper PC player.
Ok, let me buy a new GPU. Oh wait... Fine I´ll buy a PS5/XBOX to play on... OH WAIT...

That's the best we're going to get since even Bandai Namco is calling these issues "phenomenon", they don't have any idea on how to fix them and we're not gonna see a fix in a long while.
It is our fault for having a $4000 PC. Instead, we should go buy $1500 scalped PS5s so we can play it instead *rolls eyes*
