Check the comment sections of any video relating to and/or with Renna the Witch in the name, literally broken for a bunch of people, the encounter won't ever happen no matter what we do.

I also can't buy the bell and offer it to the two headed NPC in the round table...

The cause and solution are a mystery, I even tried to verify files and disable/enable Cloud saves in Steam. Please fix it regardless FROM Soft, I'm not sure if you guys can reset NPCs with patches or something but we need it.

I just read that you need to talk to her immediately after receiving Torrent. Or else she will not be here for the entire game.

Another major NPC is nonexistant, this time it's the red girl in Stormhill Shack. She didn't even spawn.

She appeared for me after i did a few caves and stuff. I was told shed be there after the horse but that didnt happen. Then randomly after a “spoiler event” when you get sent to a place off the map, when i teleported back, it was night and she was there.

So it’s not bugged it may just be more random or she arrives later than what was in the beta.

Try talking to Enia in the Roundtable Hold!!!!! I couldn't find this on the wiki page or anything, but when shopping I happened to notice she was selling the bell for 100 runes and the wolves for 500! I have no idea what causes this to happen but that's how I got it.
