casting urgent heal with keyboard

casting urgent heal with keyboard?
I know its the up arrow to select/change, but what's needed to cast it?
Playing bandit with small shield and dagger.
Shift+Right click just slams the shield
Shift+Right does heavy attack
Shift+r just uses the potion, same as just pressing r

I have been looking how to heal with keyboard also with no luck. I have never seen a PC game that has so many functions that they do not tell you how to use other then by using a controller just plain stupid of developers.

In order to cast spells you need a casting focus. So like a seal (incantations) or a staff (sorceries), just use the light attack with the hand it's equipped in and you'll cast the spell

I bought the Urgent Heal seal and it's in the (arrow up) top box and selectable. But there is no key to "Cast"

Do you have a finger seal? To cast magic you need a catalyst, either a staff for glintstone or finger seal for incantations (healing). If you have one, you need to equip it either in your Left or Right arm. Once you equip it, you select the spell as usual and press Right mouse button to use it.

Thanks, this is exactly what I needed.
Having not yet played a caster type, I was unaware of this and the game doesnt tell you.
