Same as with gamepad, assign it to one of your pouch slots, then keep the action key pressed and then press the keybind for the corresponding pouch slot. You can check or remap the quickslot keys for the pouches in the control settings (these will be the same keys mapped for left, right hand arms, and items and magics, those 4 keys are the same used for the pouch slots).

To quickly dismount, it's also same as with gamepad: press the crouch key.

A little late but how do you actually assign something to the pouch on KBM. I accidentally unassigned them and cant for the life of me figure it out.

you press ESC on the right side you see your pouch slots you right click the slot you want and then choose the item you want to place in that slot
