Lowering the resolution and settings does nothing to solve it
my gtx 1060 is barely using 5% for this game
with the game closed
nvidia control panel by right clicking your desktop
manage 3d settings to the left
program settings in the middle, not global.
CUDA- set to your gpu ONLY
power management- set to perfer maximum performance
save/apply at the bottom right, start the game up
borderless window mode, not full screen
Thanks but no nothing changed it was already set that way. I think something about the Skylake is incompatible with whatever this engine wants the CPU to do. Specially in areas with lots of grass and trees or particles.
