Disabling EAC fixed all my performance issues.

Played for a few hours, stutters during boss fights, using weapon skills, going to new areas, ect. Now none of this was unplayable by any means, but it was noticeable and annoying. Frame drops on top of stuttering, from 60 down to 40 and almost always in combat. Enough to dampen my enjoyment. I found a fake start_protected_game.exe online from a source that I trust, forces the game to load without EAC. Boom, no more performance issues, no more stutters, I haven't seen a single frame drop in 6 hours. Sure I can't play online, but wasn't going to be doing any co-op or pvp anyway so meh.

An alternative fix (didn't read the whole thread so idk if it's been adviced already) is to specify the cores EAC will use, giving it only 1-2 seems to work on other games i have tried and so far i'm not getting any stutter any more.

To do so: Open Task Manager - find EAC process - right click then "Details" - in the Details tab find EAC and right click then "Affinity" - choose 1 or 2 cores (last ones recommended)

I installed Flawless Widescreen, but it dosnt seem to be unlocking the 60fps cap for me, using Nvidia's FPS counter, it's still at 60. Does it not work if you play in fullscreen?

try borderless screen as first thing and be sure in nvidia panel control vsync isnt activated id think

Same, using a mod and disabling eac is the most common fix imo for the invisible enemies, which is my issue.

Well, for me Disabling CPU 0 from CPU affinity works like a charm, and for that I've to disable EAC. If its there a way to disable cpu 0 while EAC working, I'll be able to play flawlessly.
