CONTROLLER DONT WORK

I tried EVERY fix, unplug the usbs, uninstalling vjoy, trying with dscontroller AND xbox, none of then worked, wtf from soft???????????? somebody have something to add?

Same here , tried everything (unplug other devices\ecc.ecc.ecc.ecc.) Mine it's an official xbox controller .

You're playing on a microsoft platform. Buy a freaking xbox controller. It works like a charm.

It's not working even with xbox controller. I have a S2 Elite and nothing.

Same for me, Xbox controller wont work. Still shows Xbox hints, not keyboard or mouse hints.

Same. Controller will not work. Oddly, it works for all my other 850+ Games....

I had the same problem, fixed it by disconnecting a joystick I had plugged in, must have been pointing to it. All fixed now.

Disable "HID-Compliant game controller option" in device manager and restart the PC worked for me and few people that tried it

in god of war i always had to disable steam input completly to make my dualsense work. but then it worked like a charm. i am currently download elden ring but maybe this works here too. disable steam input. will post again if the download is finished.

This should give you PS prompts I hope they address this in an update.

did not work. this is not god of war :-). i just get xbox prompts and without steam input my controller does not work. to bad. :-(
