No black people hair
Another game without the option QQ why does it always seem like a big ask?

A fade would be nice at least

White dude here. Interesting, I always think a lot of games have an ok selection of what I see as black people hair. You've changed how I will see this for now on. Going to pay attention more in character select screens for now on.

Generally it's the thickness (nappiness) of the hair. If you consider Jackson 5 afro or a Jamaicans dreads their hair is very thick. If you were to tap it you could feel a bounce back. A lot of games don't really understand that difference.

But even more simply I would've liked a fade
u can just mod it in

Don't tell that to Western game developers who will definitely have African's randomly inserted into any medieval European environment.

Yeah, I know. Not very realistic, and done for stupid reasons.

What do you mean "Black hair", you asking for a stereotypical option or something like that? Because last time I checked hairstyle isn't connected to ethnicity.
The hairstyles are fine, I can very much understand and get behind complaining about black representation/treatment in older souls games like DS1 with the Catarina preset being rather steryotypical and none of the knights from Catatrina actually having dark skin, but their modern stuff seems fine to me.

Honestly this seems like a nonissue.
Please stop complaining about race all the time, all you're doing is making an issue out of nothing, we're all human so why divide ourselves like this.

All the hair in this game is asian people hair anyway..

It doesn't affect me personally though that is a bit of a bummer. They could have included older hair styles that fit the medieval time frame, though high fantasy tends to have lighter skinned people.

For those that don't know, black people tend to have a type of hair that has to be treated differently since it loses moisture often and can break easily, which has led to a variety of hair styles designed to retain moisture and keep their natural curl pattern such as those with yarn braided in(which I've seen take hours). Besides that, blacks did exist back then even if they weren't super common in Europe.

Actually I did about twenty years ago.... it really means that almost any character you create can look a lot like you. So baldness has it's positives, not many, but they are there.
