How do I get/start/read the Adventure Guide?

If I click the .exe in "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\ELDEN RING\AdvGuide" it will just launch the game. If I rightclick the game in Steam, go to Properties, DLC and then click the Adventure Guide in there it just brings me to the Steam store...

If you have preordered the game and have access to it then:

In your steam library, click Play as if to launch the game. Steam will prompt you asking if you want to play the game or the Adventure Guide.

Yes I am also trying to figure this out as well as access the artbook/ost
