AMD FX-8100 Desktop, 16GB ram with Radeon HD 7900 series card, Video drivers updated. Tried launching from exe "as admin" same issue.
Got 12 gigs of ram, GTX 1070 and a i7-3770k
Tried updating my drivers, updating and then uninstalling epic games, also reinstalled the game
AMD Phenom II X6 1100T Processor (6CPUs), ~3.3GHz
16GB RAM
Asus Dual Fan Radeon RX 480
DirectX 12
I have tried turning it off and on again (everything individually),
verifying the files,
re-downloading,
turning off Steam overlay,
updating all drivers,
"fixing" Easy Anti-Cheat Game Launcher File
deleting the Elden Ring %appdata% file,
deleting programs that may interfere,
and tweaking a couple small settings rumored to fix similar crashes wit DS3
I get a white screen right after the Anti-Cheat loading screen with only my mouse cursor. If left alone, it will quit within 30 sec, and if I click, it will hasten that crash.
Please tell me any solution. It seems like no one has anything.
Dang 19043 is fairly recent isn't it? I'm at a complete loss too, it's looking like after two years of waiting for this game I'll have to hang up and try to avoid spoilers until either they release a patch or someone finds a major breakthrough in fixing this.

I'm on a AMD Phenom ii x4 and most games today need or use SSe4.1 - 4.2 and AVX , so I cant play them at all unless I use the Intel emulator . If I play a game like this it will just crash without error or can get to the settings but when it goes to load it will just crash without warning or error.
I had the same problem with red dead redemption 2 :(
I have a Phenom II x4
I have tried all of the above as well as running without EAC enabled and updating my windows OS and I am still crashing 15 - 30 seconds after launch. The frustrating thing was that originally the game launched fine for me the first time, then I closed it down to start a new game session and I encountered this ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥.
I'm tired of this, tired of modern gaming and i'm tired of these large companies not giving a single damn about the state the products are released in.
Elden Ring does not require AVX2. Old AMD Phenom CPUs don't work in modern games because they don't support SSE 4.1 onwards.
Some AVX1 usage randomly creeps into games and DRM solutions too. This renders Intel 2009-2011 era CPUs useless in the same way as the Phenoms.
I'm puzzled why no crash log is generated. Seems a bit sloppy for 2022.
If it didn't we wouldn't be complaining around here. Do you think we will just wait for the dev to fix it for us? We are NOT that patient.
