Bought from Bandai Namco. Now how do I download?

Like an idiot I thought you had to buy from Bandai Namco instead of buying it directly from steam. Now I can't figure out where the game is. There's no game library on the bandai namco site. Anyone figure this out

I've sent a support request to them. And i've tried linking the bandai namco store to steam, but that could take upto 48hrs.
