I hope I was helpful 😅
This is what I did to get it working.
1. Make sure EAC is off so you don't get banned. if you renamed eldenring.exe to start_protected_game.exe, rename it back to eldenring.exe as UXM doesn't like the renamed version
2. Unpack eldenring.exe with UXM (you can find it HERE https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/529900741998149643/949045219175825448/UXM_2.4.ER_EldenRingQuickhack.zip).
3. Go to your game folder and look for menu\hi and the file 01_common.sblytbnd.dcx. You should create a backup of that file so you can revert back to xbox button prompts if needed.
4. Unpack 01_common.sblytbnd using yabber (you can find it HERE https://github.com/JKAnderson/Yabber/releases/tag/1.3.1)
5. Open _yabber-bnd4.xml with a text editor and change
<filename>01_common.sblytbnd</filename> <compression>None</compression> to
<filename>01_common.sblytbnd.dcx</filename> <compression>SekiroKRAK</compression>
6. Repack the 01_common-sblytbnd folder using yabberpatch. After you do that replace the newly created 01_common.sblytbnd.dcx with the one in menu\hi
7. Patch eldenring.exe with UXM
8. Rename eldenring.exe to start_protected_game.exeyou should now have ps4/ps5 button prompts etc

Realistically for the Playstation version they probably just replaced the icons for the normal controller prompts. I doubt there is any code there running at all. So they would require to actually make code for it.
I have PS4 controllers and the game is unplayable for me without the proper button assists. It's not fun to fight the controls that pull you out of game play. And this game isn't keyboard friendly in my opinion.
If you make the game highly controller dependent please support the prompts of the major controllers like PS4 buttons etc that are extremely common.
