"Hey found a fix, go to Elden Ring in library, right click and manage>controller config then go to right trigger keybind and make the soft pull action right trigger also and make the soft pull point the lowest it can go and just in case change trigger response to aggressive. Got it working FINALLY." fix from Reddit worked for people as well
Yeah that's what I did. I was just messing with the controller settings earlier and when I checked the "Soft Pull action trigger" option, it suddenly started working. Thought it was just a random stroke of luck that it started working again but it seems that this method is the temporary fix to the problem.
I think maybe it's a bug in the game that for some reason doesn't detect the R2 click normally.
OMY GOD, FINALLY A FIX. I WAS GETTING SO MALD ABOUT HOW HEAVY ATTACKS WERENT WORKING. THANK YOU SO MUCH.
TYSM!
