same for me GPU and CPU just run at 40-50% very ugly game performance.

♥♥♥♥ optimiztion, no matter what you turn down, no matter that you lower the resolution the game will just not gain any FPS.

2070S ultra sc - 1080p is 30 and sometimes less. trash port is trash port - and worse, its lik a worse version of the performance lottery that DS3 was at launch on PC.

I get exactly 48 FPS in 720p, 1080p and 1440p. How they managed to do this I do not know. It is impressive.

Lower the lighting setting and global illumination
In my albeit limited testing, these seem to the biggest FPS killers for the smallest amount of visual gain.
Then I tried this trick that someone else had linked- I time stamped it as the first two mins is just the dude rambling about nonsense. https://youtu.be/WzsHYeIpFP4?t=93 This genuinely helped a LOT for me at least.

rx 5600 xt + r5 3600x and perma stuttering, deactivate the steam overlay helped a bit

exactly 48 is quite particular. I'm not aware of the sure of if the game has vsync outside of the 60fps cap, but 48 if exactly could be do due to how your monitor might be limited. Look into your display settings- 48 is exactly the low refresh rate that a lot of monitors can be set to.

Ryzen 7 2700, 16 GB ram, RTX 2070. Normally getting 60 FPS, but I'm getting random frame crashes where it goes down to like 10 FPS for a few seconds, then goes back to normal. At 1080 resolution

try switching fullscreen mode -> borderless back and forth. this game seems to have issues with exclusive fullscreen and alt+tabing. it locks down to 45FPS(from 60FPS) when ever I alt+tab.
