I have the same problem I tried unplugging literally everything from my PC and this guy just keeps spinning

I have the same issue. Got it so a restart makes it work for about 30 seconds and then I lose all control again

Same issue for me. Not really the camera, it's just the character running in circles.

For me Vjoy uninstall and unplugging all the joystics from USB worked, now it is working fine for keyboard + mouse

passthrough mode on ds4windows does this on my sons pc in wireless mode but when its plugged in nothing works

It's almost certainly because the game is picking up a second controller. Go into Steam controller settings and check if there are any additional devices in the list.

Install HidHide and DS3 then when you do that look for the settings in the DS3 Tool and click hide DS3. that should work.
