Haven't played yet after restart/new patch but:

i7-5820k @4,5Ghz
RTX 3070
16GB RAM

58-60fps pretty stuttery, drops to 55, sometimes to 30 for no reason, unplayable when fighting the tree sentinel.

at the end of my session (after an hour) it started to smooth out a lot, I did have a moment it was stuck on like 45 at the soldier camp (close to where you get your stead) but that wasn't the case later on, it's just acting really strange.
RTX 3060 Ti, i7-11700, 16gb RAM
Fixed the settings so it would play using said GPU so the fps and graphics themselves are fine, but my game crashes after about 5-10 minutes of gameplay and sometimes I don't even get that far.
This latest patch didn't stop the crashing and I've tried updating every driver, validating the game files and even reinstalled and nothing seems to have worked. All I can do at this point, I figure, is wait for a patch that fixes the problem.

I do notice the stuttering but it's not impeding game play at all, and it's only very brief and typically only when doing really fast riding and turning in the open world. Not saying it's not an issue, I do think it should be addressed, but I've played for a decent amount of hours now and performance has not been a hindrance in any way on my old'ish PC.

No it's not a rock-solid 60 fps with no stuttering ever, there are definitely issues that needs addressing, but it has not impeded game play for me at all, and it is sitting at 60 fps far more often than not on my old'ish PC which is what I see several people just flat out not believing.

In dungeons and insides etc. there is no stuttering and constant 60 fps.

I'm not arguing that everything is fine - not at all. A lot of people have serious issues even on hardware much stronger than mine and that sucks! I'm on your side :trainbowbarf: performance needs looking at undoubtedly, I'm just providing some perspective. The game is apparently very weird in how it runs on different systems.

Well guess what? It impedes other people's game play.

It should be a rock solid 60 fps. Especially if you have hardware released last year or this year.

You say there's no stuttering but literally showed a video to us that proves that you are in fact stuttering every so often and dropping frames. I can see it by the video. I know when frames drop below 60. It's easy to see.

You say you're on our side yet you literally just made a post saying the game runs well lol.
Welp okay, if you are going to spin it that way then there's no point arguing. Whatever makes you feel good.

90% of 4k, max to high settings 60fps

1080ti
i7 8700k
16gb ram
4 Year old i7 with a 2080 vid card and 64 gigs of RAM. Motion blur off. Ambient occlusion off (I hate it). Shadows turned down to look natural instead of perfect (medium or high...I don't remember exactly). The rest on max settings. Results = great. Not perfect, but just fine. I locked it at 60 FPS. Rare drop to 50 FPS in open world with minor stutters for the first 10 mins or so I play. Stutters go away after a while. No crashes yet.

Bad stuff? Some annoying pop in. Had troubles launching the game the first time until I rebooted my PC.

My suggestions? Update drivers. Clean install them if you have issues. Most problems are driver related. I will also say this again as I have done in other posts with people having issues in other games. Get more RAM, or buy better RAM. 16 is not enough unless you are running a totally clean boot-up. Upgrading from 16 to 32 solved almost all my performance and stability issues. I now have 64 gigs, which is probably overkill, but my system is solid and stable and runs a lot of games others have issues with. I played Nier Automata as an example with no 3rd party patches, and ran it at a minimum of 60 FPS beginning to end with no crashes.

With memory leaks common in todays AAA games, along with other common software like discord and other things running in the background, not to mention Windows itself using resources, 16 gigs of RAM just doesn't cut it anymore. Neither does cheap memory to save a few bucks. It's an easy bottleneck to fix.
No issues on my end.

Ryzen 3 1200 @3.7GHz
16GB 3200MHz ram
AMD RX 470

Average of 43.6fps at 1080p high settings. Very playable and enjoyable experience.
i7-11800h
rtx3060
2k and high settings
about 50~60
when it rains, fps is about 40~50

1440p
Ryzen 7- 8 core zen 2
16 gigs ram 3200
m.2 NvME SSD
RTX 2060 Super

I get 57-60 FPS although I did stutter outside the castle when first loading in :)
It's runs like 2009
Laptop MSI Dominator Pro
GTX 1070 8GB i7 6700HQ

Settings Med-High

1st region 30-45fps avg. [after updating nvidia driver to latest. fps got worse]
1050 4gb
16gb ddr4
i-5 8300h

Honestly it runs pretty fine. I get 30+ fps on a mix of low and medium settings. I am noticing stuttering in certain places and I have encountered two crashes. Sometimes the game just starts running like ♥♥♥♥ at the most random times which can get pretty annoying, especially when it happens during boss fights. I'm sure that they can iron out the kinks with a patch.
RTX 3060 Ti FE / i7-4790 / 16GB RAM
Settings: All max except motion blur turned off

Very bad frame drops while in Limgrave into the 20s and a few occasions where it went as low as 1!
Also, GPU usage drops to 0% a lot. It's definitely nothing to do with my GPU because it works perfectly fine with other games including AC Valhalla & Forza Horizon 5.
Radeon Rx 580 with 8 GB GDDR5, 8 GB of DDR3 RAM, Intel I7 3770,

Updated my drivers and set it to high performance in my Windows gaming settings, and I'm getting damn near constant 60 FPS with most things on medium, although the textures are on maximum

Update your drivers and set the elden ring EXE to high performance in the Windows Gaming settings people, it will drastically boost your FPS
1060 I7 16GB run smooth 60FPS on high in the morning. You can observ with more and more player play the game the shutterings increase to the limit.
