i7-5820k @4,5Ghz
RTX 3070
16GB RAM
58-60fps pretty stuttery, drops to 55, sometimes to 30 for no reason, unplayable when fighting the tree sentinel.
at the end of my session (after an hour) it started to smooth out a lot, I did have a moment it was stuck on like 45 at the soldier camp (close to where you get your stead) but that wasn't the case later on, it's just acting really strange.
Fixed the settings so it would play using said GPU so the fps and graphics themselves are fine, but my game crashes after about 5-10 minutes of gameplay and sometimes I don't even get that far.
This latest patch didn't stop the crashing and I've tried updating every driver, validating the game files and even reinstalled and nothing seems to have worked. All I can do at this point, I figure, is wait for a patch that fixes the problem.

Bad stuff? Some annoying pop in. Had troubles launching the game the first time until I rebooted my PC.
My suggestions? Update drivers. Clean install them if you have issues. Most problems are driver related. I will also say this again as I have done in other posts with people having issues in other games. Get more RAM, or buy better RAM. 16 is not enough unless you are running a totally clean boot-up. Upgrading from 16 to 32 solved almost all my performance and stability issues. I now have 64 gigs, which is probably overkill, but my system is solid and stable and runs a lot of games others have issues with. I played Nier Automata as an example with no 3rd party patches, and ran it at a minimum of 60 FPS beginning to end with no crashes.
With memory leaks common in todays AAA games, along with other common software like discord and other things running in the background, not to mention Windows itself using resources, 16 gigs of RAM just doesn't cut it anymore. Neither does cheap memory to save a few bucks. It's an easy bottleneck to fix.

AMD RX 470
Average of 43.6fps at 1080p high settings. Very playable and enjoyable experience.
rtx3060
2k and high settings
about 50~60
when it rains, fps is about 40~50
Ryzen 7- 8 core zen 2

RTX 2060 Super
I get 57-60 FPS although I did stutter outside the castle when first loading in :)
GTX 1070 8GB i7 6700HQ
Settings Med-High
1st region 30-45fps avg. [after updating nvidia driver to latest. fps got worse]
16gb ddr4

Honestly it runs pretty fine. I get 30+ fps on a mix of low and medium settings. I am noticing stuttering in certain places and I have encountered two crashes. Sometimes the game just starts running like ♥♥♥♥ at the most random times which can get pretty annoying, especially when it happens during boss fights. I'm sure that they can iron out the kinks with a patch.
Settings: All max except motion blur turned off
Very bad frame drops while in Limgrave into the 20s and a few occasions where it went as low as 1!
Also, GPU usage drops to 0% a lot. It's definitely nothing to do with my GPU because it works perfectly fine with other games including AC Valhalla & Forza Horizon 5.
Updated my drivers and set it to high performance in my Windows gaming settings, and I'm getting damn near constant 60 FPS with most things on medium, although the textures are on maximum
Update your drivers and set the elden ring EXE to high performance in the Windows Gaming settings people, it will drastically boost your FPS
