Exactly. So many of the PC problems can be fixed with mods, but EAC won't let you.
EAC is the biggest problem itself. It blocks mods and tanks performance just being there.
But yeah i miss the days when you actually had to learn how to read maps to find where you are and where you are going. i feel like this game would have benefited if it was like "heres a map figure it out or wander aimlessly"
It is OK for me when a game tells you everything IF I have an option to turn everything off. Otherwise I am pissed off. For example in Elden Ring you cannot turn off the compass. You can turn off the HUD but it turns off everything including bosses´ HP, your items you are carrying etc...It´s just annoying.

yep.. same man. and here we are a month and a half later and they have completely ignored our request. sad
