Are you sure? Yesterday when i checked it had only network test weapons about 1/4 of what it has now. Even most weapon categories were not present. Which is why i think this is the full list updated by the devs.
Same with magic aswell it has been updated.
A lot of them do write them. One i know who do it all the time is Paradox Interactive with their grand strategy games and usually it gets updated the moment they release a new game or DLC.
However i do not know if fromsoft does it aswell.
There will be more than that, my friend... And you're going to love it.

Fextralife has false community submitted content to this day.
I mean i know community can and do submit that stuff too but i assumed the devs updated the wiki since it has just got a massive change before many people even got to play the game. Kind of doubt any of the people who got the game early are spending their time filling the wiki instead of enjoying the game atm, but who knows.
