The pre-order bonus is an adventure guide, which is cool as I don't want to miss side quests.
My question is, where can I find it? Or will it be available once the game is out?

Normally, these kinds of bonus contents are available only after the full game has been downloaded and installed and you will most likely find it in a subfolder called something like "bonus-content" or similiar here <your steam install path>\steamapps\common\ELDEN RING\ once the game is released.
