for a game made in the same engine as the rest of the souls game? it seems big actually.
Compression is a thing and games made in the engine they made ER in are generally very compact when compared with other games... alot of games that are over 100gigs are that way because of how they have to load (less compression means faster loads but also bigger size but some game engines work fine with compression) or because they have alot of dialog (shadow of war is partially so big because of all of the dialog from the orcs, i assume ER doesn't have nearly the same amount of voice recordings)
On a more serious note, while it depends on the game, 60GB is completely fine.
