They won't let me reserve the game because I live in Venezuela.

I bought the game key from an external distributor and when I put it in it says that the game is not available in my country, when the key is supposed to be global and the game output is global.

I try to buy the game from the steam page and the pre-order options do not appear. It seems ridiculous to me that they take away the opportunity to play this game just because I live in Venezuela.

I can't buy it in epic games either because the only one that has the distribution exclusive is steam zzz.

Check the page. Sometimes they mark it as Global and then there's like a note saying "Warning! This product is region locked and it CANNOT be activated and played in the following countries:yada yada"
If you find this note then... it sucks BUT if it's not there just send a ticket to the external distributor support page and get a refund

Do NOT try to use VPN's to activate and play games on region locked stuff. I think it's agaisn't Steam TOS

Where I preorded just sent me a refund as the only keys they got were not for the US. I feel like something happened with the keys they sold to sites being the wrong ones.

try make a new steam account try using USA or europe countries or something then just redeem the code.

Out of curiosity I checked a couple of sites selling global keys and they both said can't activate in Venezuela or Japan.
