You can buy a CPU that will last you another 4-5 years right now for the price of an xbox. Upgrading a PC is always a better investment than throwing money into the console dumpster. Seriously though, stop recommending people buy consoles; you're hurting them, not helping, because some people are gullible and ignorant enough to take your suggestion seriously.
its true in theory, in practice you will often have to upgrade mother board too, its not that much but its add up, and even more if you cant do it yourself.
Still a better overall investment than buying a console. I also use my desktop and laptop for programming and game dev. Can't do any of that on consoles. So my opinion is likely highly biased because I do real work on my computers, too.
Nope... 300$ Xbox S can run new gen games 60 FPS 1080p. Its totaly worth if you cant upgrade CPU or GPU. Dont tell me what to say lmao.
Edit: Game pass...
If you get close to the 2 hour mark, refund the game if it runs poorly. Don't go above 2 hours.
Me right now,i need to not only use 400 € to just get a better cpu (since i have a i5 7600k) but i also need to waste another ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ 400€ because of the motherboard
