Is Elden Ring going to be some kind of political allegory?
(Possible spoilers ahead)

In previews I can't help noticing the name Marika (pronounced similarly to America). There's a surprise attack on her forces that sets the ball rolling and leads to the grim shape the world is in now. Could this historical arc be meant as a parallel to Pearl Harbor and subsequent events up to the present day? Or some other kind of allegory involving America? Or is Marika just a pretty name?

If we link America to the Elden Ring...

America was shattered when the Democrats came to power; bringing their communist healthcare, woke culture, pizzagate, and anti-Christian propoganda. They undermined the power of the "Lords" of society, and made everyone equal through socialism.

Trump was the tarnished. He fought against the Democratic elites, and survived onslaught after onslaught... first from the failing New York Times, then twitter, facebook, corrupt voting officials; and through power was able to become a God.

Stormy Daniels was his maiden. But she wasn't a real maiden, only a P***star. But that might lead you to ask, why wasn't Melania a maiden? Doesn't she sound closer to "Melina"? She is irrelevant to Trump's story, now and forever. Well, what about Ivanka, Trumps wife/daughter? She will be a boss... one corrupted by scruples who betrayed her father/husband Trump when she testified against him in the Jan 6 riots. It makes for some good story tension.

Yeah but like... we expect it of Kojima Hideo by now. Like if you picked up one of his games and it wasn't a political allegory you'd be worried he was sick or something.
