e.g if your getting destroyed by enemies, your not strong enough, and if you're having a breeze going through an area, your stronger than the enemies in the area.
I was surprised at how much of a change a few points made when I decided to stop to level up a bit in Limgrave and how little a change was made in the opponents (which is to say none).
A giant ant or a hired goon in a slightly rough neighborhood should not be as powerful as a literal physical god yet some games with level scaling make that happen.
I'm not sure; it absolutely copies your setup and I think damage, but I think the HP might be fixed. Certainly felt more tanky than I was.
