Why do you think they still use the same net code and the same engine? They don't want to "improve" whatever that means, they want to keep everything the same.
I think you're lying to yourself.
Jumping? Improved/completely reworked since DS1
Sprinting/Jumping interactions? Improved/reworked since Ds1.
Attacking/cancelling frames? Improved/reworked since Ds1.
Perma poise? Changed from DS1 into Ds2, changed in DS3 and changed in Elden Ring.
Honestly this list could go on for hundreds of things.
Did any of those changes remove from the game or "Improve" it? Lol
FFS we have a horse in this game and you're like "they don't change anything"
-you can drop every ash of war for other players including some really powerful ones in the last area of the game
-you can drop any weapon that is lvl1, including ones that do base 500 damage per light attack when you're at lvl1, and so is the weapon.
It's because there's restrictions on the upgrade levels, of course.
No, it doesn't quadruple the defense, and it's nerfed in pvp. In pvp it only increases defense by 7%.
-Forgot i smuggled my bro's erdtrees favor +2 for his new char. Lol, i was only thinking about weapons and armors. Also didn't try ashes of war or any 500 dmg weapons.
All things considered. I might have made a smoll miscalculation.
I can see how broken the advantage is.
