Lost Miquella's Needle?

I wanted to do both endings in one, so I did Milicents quests, I killed Malenia, I even got the needle. Then I "frenzied" myself, did the usual path up to killing the Elden Lord. Obviously I got the ending for the achievement and wanted to "un-do" the frenzy because I was told I can get the ending with Ranni after this. (I got the first already, this is my second "clean" playthrough that I wanted to 100% this particular run.

Now I killed that particular Dragonlord and there is nothing for me to do? I can't interact with anything.

(I've the game for PS5 in case people wonder why I don't own the game...)

wait did you finish the game with the needle and then go to ng+
if so then you have lost it yes as its a quest item that you will need to find again in ng+

It wasn't in the "key item" section but ACTUALLY consumables in a own row. I'll check if I can do the other ending now.

Okay I can't access the tree anymore, like I can't get past the "Elden Throne" grace, the middle to receive the ending. The fog is there but nothing else happens, I think it wasn't meant to work like that I guess.

I don't think you can pass the fog again after you've beaten the elden beast.

Yeah seems like it. So I can't get Ranni's Summon in the room either. WELP, I tried. I'll try to get all the legendary stuff and two hidden trophies and then rush on the following run to get her ending if I feel like it sometime.

Only 1 ending per playthrough is how its "meant" to be played.

Once you get an ending it locks you from the room. In order to get more endings you need to go through ng+. I did that when I did everything for an alternate ending but accidentally got the normal one.

dont ever take frenzy flame before u kill elden beast if u want all ending archive in 1 go
do all ending side quest and beast elden beast
now back up ur savefile then chose the ending u want
after that back to main menu and copy back u backup save file
load up and chose another ending
u dont need miquella need to get all ending and archivement

Well, you can save scum it if you backup a save just after killing Elden Beast and then choosing differently.

I'm sure many of you know about this these days. Miquella's needle is actually for the hidden ending cutscene to save Melina . You can see Melina in the Frenzy flame ending cutscene, if you have saved Melina .
You can archive all ending without Miquella's needle.
Also you can hide your frenzy eye and burned body scar from the body customization menu in Fia's room Mirror or Rennala.
