Dude, abuse in the gaming industry is a widespread, well-documented issue. It's not unique to From, but that doesn't also mean they're immune to it. This also doesn't mean their games are bad. You can do two things at once: call for better treatment of employees and demand a quality product. There are companies in existence that pull this off.
