Waiting ages to get summoned

You'd think no-one was playing this game. Is there something broken with summon pools, or is there really just no-one summoning? Just trying to have some co-op fun

Yeah I have noticed that it drops off the higher level you become - I think you only get summoned 20 levels above/below your own and as you progress into later game areas there is not as many players as in Stormviel for example.

I recommend using the effigy that sends your sign to all summoning pools in the area - you will get summoned quicker that way.

It could be you're too high leveled in regards to the boss you're placing at. It could also be you've exceeded average level. Most players finish their "build" between SL 75-150 from what I can tell, exceeding that can rapidly diminish your potential pool of hosts

I'm level 41 in Liurnia, just killed the dragon. I don't feel overleveled at least. And yeah, using the effigy is what I've been doing but it feels like it's gotta be broken or something. Like if I WAS trying to get summoned at one specific place I could understand waiting a while but supposedly my summon sign is showing up wherever it could show up in the whole region, but I'm still having no luck.
