Can you initiate Radahn fight without going to Ranni?

Hello.

I would like to get all bosses in NG++, but I don't know if I can fight Radahn without making my way to the Ranni and do partially her quest. Is it possible?

I believe his "festival" opens when you sit at a grace in atlus plateau.

Yes. The Radahn festival will start after you reach Altus Plateau for the first time. So, get both halves of the dectus medallion to activate the grand lift (or take the elevator in the Ruin Strewn Precipice), then go back to Redmane Castle and you can fight Radahn without ever talking to Ranni.

At which grace, the one at the junction?

any grace you just have to get to atlus plateau

You actually only need to have a certain amount of shard bearers defeated to progress. Ranni's quest line just lets you fight him early, and despawns most of the hostile NPCs in the fort.
Oh, and you have to kill the first two bosses thar and talk to the old man.
