All the complains you see here are posted by those who cant handle one invader 3vs1
Its from the people who are playing co-op with friends or are using taunters tongue, they should realize what they are getting themselves into the moment they invite someone to join them. SMH
You can't be invaded by players, but you can be invaded by NPCs.
Those complaining are people who have ever played Skyrim as an open world game and can’t appreciate anything more than a R1 spam which is why they invite many friends to co-op adventure with them. When an invader who knows to play this game meets spammy R1 players we all know what the results are and hence what happens to the forums thereafter….
PvP only turns on when you summon another player.
If you want to be am eligible multiplayer host you have to use fulricating finger remedy that does nothing but forbids you to summon torrent and opens the classic gameplay of "I see summon signs".
But even then you are not invadeable unless you use dried finger equivalent of taunter's tongue which you find by killing a secret npc invader in roundtable hold.
I really wish the horse to be never implemented for that reason.
This but unironically
