Non drop-able weapon
I seen a Weapon that is a spike ball on a chain attach to a sickle. i been farming for the weapon for a while. Is it a weapon that only npc's can have?

From the midgets? Yeah, you can get the shotel or the saw from them only.

I see so I'll just farm them for ruins I have every thing else they drop
