best seal for lightning and holy spells

dont want to upgrade the one i started prophet with in case its bad

The lightning spells are all Dragon Cult incantations, so you'll want the Gravelrock Seal, but you don't have access to it until mid-late game. The Godslayer Seal is a solid all-rounder Seal thats accessible fairly early on.

Finger seal is good and will carry you for awhile
Godslayer is great if you want to dip into some fire early on
Beast is also great if you want to use str as we.
Gravel for lightning (be warned these spells have long af windup)

All of the seals are great Erdtree seal is the best at the end of the day for pure faith. But unlike staves theres basically no bad or worse options here.
